The Department of State Revenue for the Mangystau region informs that in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, monetary settlements are made with the mandatory use of a cash register machine with the function of recording and (or) transmitting data, the models of which are included in the register of cash registers, unless otherwise specified in Article 110.

The following persons are exempt from using a cash register:

- an individual;

- private bailiff, lawyer and professional mediator;

- a person who provides services to the public for transportation in public urban transport with the issuance of tickets.

The form of public urban transport tickets is approved by the authorized state body implementing the state policy in the field of transport, in coordination with the authorized body.;

- National Bank;

- a second-tier bank;

- religious association;

- The national postal operator, with the exception of monetary payments carried out in places where there is no public telecommunications network;

- a person who performs calculations using a special mobile application.
