In the region, training field camps have started for 10th-grade students of general education schools in accordance with the approved curriculum.

The main goal of the events is to strengthen the military-patriotic education of youth, foster civic responsibility, and provide practical reinforcement of knowledge from the initial military and technological training course.

As part of the camps, high school students undergo drill training, study the basics of military discipline, improve practical skills, and familiarize themselves with the conditions of military service.

The training field camps are organized for a total of 30 academic hours in the format of five-day sessions of 6 hours each. Practical events are held both on school premises and in off-site tent camps near military units.

This year, 2,495 students from 11 districts and two cities of the region are participating in the training field camps.

The organization and conduct of the events involve instructors-organizers of NVTP, representatives of military units, reserve officers, medical personnel, drill and tactical training instructors, as well as specialists from educational organizations.
