More than thirty female employees serve in the penal colony of the Abai region. They perform a wide range of tasks on an equal basis with men: they ensure strict regime, monitor security and law and order, show professionalism, self-control and dedication. Their work is an example of how responsibility, discipline, and humanity build trust and stability in an institution.
A striking example of service is the Major of Justice, the duty assistant to the head of the institution, Ardak Kaliyeva. She began her career in 2001, at the age of nineteen, after receiving secondary special education. Ardak Sovetovna was hired as the supervisor of the department of the supervisory service in the newly opened women's colony and witnessed the first arrival of convicted women. These events have forever left their mark on her professional development.
In 2005, Ardak Kaliyeva started a family and became the mother of her first child, Alisher. Having worked as a supervisor for more than ten years and established herself as a responsible and competent employee, in 2013 she was appointed senior technical engineer of the security department. In 2017, Ardak Sovetovna was transferred to the position of duty assistant to the head of the institution, where she continues to serve to the present day, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and leadership skills.
The Major of Justice has 25 years of impeccable service in one institution. During this time, she has made a significant contribution to strengthening discipline, organizing the work of the institution and maintaining law and order. Colleagues note her professionalism, attention to detail and ability to find an approach to people.
Ardak Kaliyeva is particularly proud of her family. The eldest son is studying at the university, the second daughter is in the 11th grade, the youngest is in the first grade. Despite her heavy workload, she successfully combines work and family care, setting an example of dedication and responsibility not only at work, but also at home.
— Service in the penal system is not just a job, but a way of life. In 25 years, I have never regretted my chosen path. Discipline, justice, and humanity are important here. The main thing is to remain honest with yourself, your colleagues and your family," Ardak Kaliyeva said.
The story of Justice Major Ardak Kaliyeva is not only an example of loyalty to the profession and strength of character, but also a symbol of dedicated service to the law and society. She inspires colleagues and new generations of female employees, demonstrating that the profession requires not only knowledge and experience, but also a dedicated heart.
