"Kazakhstan Agency of International Development "KazAID" announces a competition for the position of Corporate secretary - 1 position.

Qualification requirements for the post of Corporate Secretary at KazAID:

1) Hold a degree in law;
2) Have at least 5 (five) years’ work experience, including, preferably,
experience in corporate law, corporate
finance or corporate governance;
3) Possess knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) Be able to negotiate and resolve conflicts between parties
in corporate relations;
5) Possess organisational and analytical skills;
6) Be proficient in the official language, as well as in English, in the event
that the Board of Directors includes members who do not speak the official
language and/or Russian.
