At the initiative of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs, a "Day of Service Recipients" was held, organized for residents of the region and representatives of the business community. The Department of State Revenue, as well as the Departments of Entrepreneurship and Trade, and Agriculture launched their consulting platforms at the event.
During the event, citizens and entrepreneurs were able to contact the Department's specialists directly and receive qualified assistance and explanations on all issues of interest on the spot.
The work of the profile site was coordinated by Marat Beisenov, Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department. Communicating with the participants of the action, he noted: "As part of today's event, we tried to provide substantive, targeted assistance to everyone who applied, be it an ordinary resident or a business representative. The experts explained in detail the procedure for fulfilling tax obligations and the nuances of calculating taxes. Special attention was paid to the issues of proper registration of tax returns and convenient debt repayment mechanisms. Our main goal is to make interaction with tax authorities as simple and understandable as possible for everyone."
The event clearly demonstrated the accessibility and convenience of obtaining public services in modern conditions.
It should be noted that similar actions in various fields will be held quarterly within the framework of the republican plan "Day of Service Recipients", which is aimed at improving the legal, financial and tax literacy of the population.
