As part of the implementation of the “Law and Order” ideology, an expanded meeting was held at School-Lyceum No. 277 in Baikonur on the instruction of the district akim.

The event was attended by Deputy Akim of the district Dias Moldabayev, Acting City Prosecutor Arman Zhappasbayev, Judge of the Baikonur City Court Bibigul Abubakirova, representatives of the law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation, heads of educational institutions, employees of local executive bodies, members of parent committees, and industry specialists.

The main topic of the meeting was the prevention of juvenile delinquency, increasing parental responsibility, and organizing safe summer holidays for children.

In this regard, Head of the Education Department Berik Zhanibekov delivered a report on the work being carried out in educational institutions to prevent offenses, ensure child safety, prevent bullying and group fights among students, organize nighttime рейд activities, conduct joint preventive work with parents, and strengthen legal education efforts.

During the meeting, participants discussed the causes and contributing factors of juvenile offenses and emphasized the need to strengthen preventive measures. Special attention was also given to the effective organization of children’s leisure time, internet safety, prevention of minors being outside at night unlawfully, and compliance with safety measures at water bodies and entertainment venues during the summer season.

Following the meeting, specific instructions were given to the authorized bodies, and proposals were made to strengthen interagency cooperation in the prevention of offenses.
