The Abay Region branch of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" reminds residents of the region about the capabilities of the "TsON" mobile app, which helps make visits to specialized TsONs more convenient and comfortable.

Using the app, residents of the Abay Region can pre-book their appointments at TsONs and Kharkiv Regional Public Service Centers (KhKKO), choose a convenient time for their visit, and receive an electronic ticket. This allows them to reduce wait times and plan their government services in advance.

Through specialized TsONs, residents of the region receive the most popular vehicle-related services, including vehicle registration certificate (VRC) renewals, obtaining state registration plates, amending vehicle registration data, and receiving completed documents.

This service is especially convenient for residents of the Abay Region, including those in remote areas, as it allows them to pre-plan their visits to Kharkiv Regional Public Service Centers and reduce the time spent at the service center. Users select a service, time of visit, and receive an electronic ticket in just a few steps, ensuring service at the appointed time without having to wait in the general queue.

"Today, residents of the Abay region are increasingly using digital services to access government services. The TsON mobile app allows people to plan their visits to the Kharkiv Regional Public Service Center (KHKO) in advance and significantly saves time," noted Murat Umirzakhov, Acting Director of the Abay branch of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens."
