Astana, May 25, 2026 – An introductory meeting was held between Mr. J. Asanov, Acting Chairman of the Board of the Kazakhstan Agency of International Development "KazAID," and Mr. F. Flores, Head of the Strategy and International Negotiations Department of the El Salvador International Cooperation Agency (ESCO).

The meeting was also attended by H.E. Yuri Pavel Santacruz Perdomo, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of El Salvador to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the meeting, the parties provided detailed overviews of their respective institutional activities. The representatives of KazAID familiarized the ESCO delegation with the Agency's priority areas, current programs, and joint projects implemented alongside international partners.

Following the discussion, both sides agreed to explore promising avenues for future bilateral cooperation.
