In accordance with the work plan of the RSE "East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Development of Education "Örken" of the Education Department of the East Kazakhstan Region for 2026, the regional stage of the republican competition "Best Preschool Teacher" was held on May 25-26 of this year among teaching staff of preschool organizations in the region, regardless of their form of ownership and departmental affiliation.

The purpose of the competition: to identify, summarize, and disseminate best pedagogical practices in modern conditions.

The competition commission reviewed the participants' works in the following areas: E-portfolio of the teacher; integrated organized activity; essay on the topic "What should a modern teacher be like?" and determined the winners:  

Grand Prix – Shekhavtsov Ilya Maksimovich (Glubokoe);

1st place - Bocharova Yulia Vyacheslavovna (Ust-Kamenogorsk), Dutbaeva Talshyn Yermekkyzy (Zaisan);

2nd place - Yerzhanova Ayauym Yerzhankyzy (Ust-Kamenogorsk);

3rd place – Kozhraimov Adilet Katiyatuly (Ulken Naryn), Ibraimova Asel Baurzhanovna (Katonkaragay), Mutelapova Zhuldyz Yerlankyzy (Kurchum).

The work of the winner, Shekhavtsov Ilya Maksimovich (Glubokoe), has been submitted for participation in the republican stage of the competition.
