The SRC of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs you that, in accordance with the Rules for issuing Accompanying Invoices and issuing Electronic Invoices, new forms of SNT and ESF have been developed, which are currently available on the test server of the Electronic Invoices information system https://test3.esf.kgd.gov.kz:8443.
At the same time, we inform you that the following changes have been introduced during the implementation of these forms:
the numbering of graphs in sections G-G10 has been changed in the SNT form, as well
as the "Product code" fields have been added in sections G6, G7, G10.
in the form of an ESF:
- the numbering of graphs in section G has been changed;
- in section "B", the categories "Private bailiff", "Mediator", and "Notary" are excluded in the "Supplier category" field.
- In section "C", the categories "Lawyer", "Private Bailiff", "Mediator", and "Notary" are excluded in the "Supplier Category" field.
- added a field
- the "Terms of payment under the agreement" field has been replaced by the "Payment method" field - this field must be filled in in accordance with the established procedure provided for by the ESF Rules.
Please familiarize yourself with the changed functionality and, if necessary, take these changes into account in your accounting systems.
