The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan hereby informs that at the moment there is a large accumulation of vehicles on the Kazakh-Russian section of the border at the automobile checkpoint "Zhaysan" of the Department of State Revenue for the Aktobe region (adjacent checkpoint "Iletsk-1", Orenburg region of the Russian Federation).

In this regard, it is necessary to conduct explanatory work with participants in the transportation process, customs representatives, carriers and participants in foreign economic activity on the choice of alternative routes to/through the direction of the Russian Federation in order to avoid downtime at the above-mentioned checkpoint.

Until the current situation is resolved, the Committee suggests moving vehicles through the Alimbet checkpoint as an alternative.
