"Provision of public apostille services"
One of the public services provided by the Department of State Revenue in Kostanay region is "Apostille of official documents originating from state revenue authorities."
The purpose of the apostille affixing procedure is to ensure the authenticity and proper registration of apostille documents intended for use in the territory of the countries participating in the Hague Convention.
To receive public services, service recipients - individuals and legal entities have the right to submit an application:
1. to the non-profit joint-stock company State Corporation "Government for Citizens" in paper form,
2. through the e-government web portal www.egov.kz (hereinafter referred to as the portal),
3. directly to the service provider, i.e. to the State Revenue Department in paper form,
4. The Taxpayer's Office web application is included in the information system (www.knp.kgd.gov.kz .), where at the same time information about the need to apostille it is reflected in the application for public services for the issuance of an official document.
The Department draws attention to the fact that the apostille service is subject to a state fee: for affixing an apostille on official documents made in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the payment is 0.5 MCI for each document.
The MCI for 2026 is 4,325 tenge, i.e. 2,162.5 tenge must be paid for each apostilled document.

The beneficiary (recipient of the payment) is the Office of State Revenue in Kostanay, BIN 961040000576 (i.e. the Department of Internal Revenue at the location of the authority providing the apostille service).
The beneficiary's bank is the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
KBK (budget classification code) of the payment is 108126
The payment destination code is 911.
To affix an apostille, the taxpayer must present the following documents:
1) an application for affixing an apostille; in the form according to Appendix 2 to the Rules;
2) the identity card of the person receiving the state service or his representative;
3) the document to be apostilled;
4) a document confirming the payment of the state fee to the budget;
5) a notarized power of attorney, in the case of a request from a representative of the service recipient, an individual; a power of attorney on behalf of a legal entity, signed by its head or another person authorized to do so by its constituent documents and sealed by this organization when a representative of the legal entity applies.;
Powers of attorney issued or attested by a competent institution of a foreign state or by a specially authorized person, within the limits of his competence and in the prescribed form sealed with the stamp of a foreign state, are accepted only after passing through the procedure of a special certificate (legalization or apostillation) (for identification with a copy).
