The Keden IP has been put into commercial operation and today covers the full cycle of customs administration: from filing a declaration to the release of goods and subsequent control. Key modules of the system:
"Declaration" is the electronic submission of data collection, TD, and statistical forms.
Transit – processing of transit declarations, control of delivery dates, automatic closure of transit.
SUR is a risk management system. Automatic selection of control forms and channels: green, yellow, red.
Personal accounts – online accounting of payments, offsets, refunds of customs duties and taxes.
"Foreign Trade Participant's Office" is a personal office for declarants, carriers, and customs agents.
Digitalization results: The average time for the release of goods along the "green" corridor has been reduced to 4 hours. The share of electronic declarations exceeded 99.8%.

Starting from May 1, 2026, participants in foreign economic activity can submit, adjust and monitor the status of transit declarations electronically through the Transit module of the Keden IP

.The transition to the electronic format was implemented as part of the digitalization of customs procedures and the implementation of the norms of the EAEU Customs Code. IP Keden ensures data protection and compliance with information security requirements
I. In order to work correctly in the system, participants in foreign economic activity must have an electronic digital signature and register in the Taxpayer's Office
.Further development of the system is aimed at the introduction of AI modules for risk analysis, the expansion of the Keden Mobile mobile application and the transition to seamless transit within the EAEU.
