The adjustment of the customs declaration for goods is a procedure for making changes and additions to a previously submitted declaration after its registration in the information system of the customs authority.

This procedure can be performed:
✔️ before the release of goods
✔️ after the release of the goods

In what cases is the adjustment carried out?

* when the customs value changes
* if the HS code is incorrect
* when specifying the quantity or characteristics of the product
* when identifying technical errors
* based on the results of the inspection of the customs authority

This procedure is regulated by the Decision of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 289 of 2013.
