To prevent offenses and ensure the timely detection of unlawful activities, the Karaganda Military Investigation Department of the Central Regional Military Investigation Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in cooperation with the “Ortalyq” Regional Command of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, has developed and launched the anonymous Telegram bot Kamkorlyk_bot.
The creation of the anonymous Telegram bot marks another step toward strengthening law and order within military units, promoting the principles of the rule of law, fostering zero tolerance for violations, and enhancing legal awareness in society.
The new digital service is designed for the prompt submission of reports concerning corruption, hazing and other non-statutory relations, illegal drug trafficking, abuse of official authority, as well as other offenses and crimes.
Developers emphasize that one of the platform’s key advantages is the complete anonymity of users. Every report received is reviewed in accordance with established procedures, and the confidentiality of applicants is guaranteed.
The introduction of the Telegram bot aims to improve interaction with military personnel and the public, strengthen the principles of legality and public order, and create additional mechanisms for the timely response to potential violations.
The service is available to military personnel, law enforcement officers, and citizens who possess information regarding unlawful activities. Currently, the Kamkorlyk_bot operates within the city of Karaganda, the Karaganda Region, and the Ulytau Region.
The initiators of the project encourage citizens not to remain indifferent to violations of the law and, when possessing relevant information, to report it through the anonymous communication channel, enabling authorities to take the necessary response measures promptly.
