Competition Information:

The competition is held in accordance with the Order of the Akim of the East Kazakhstan Region No. 46-r dated June 5, 2026, as well as the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 29, 2016 No. 122 "On Approval of the Rules for Placing the State Educational Order for the Training of Personnel with Higher and Postgraduate Education, Taking into Account the Needs of the Labor Market, for Preparatory Departments of Higher and (or) Postgraduate Education Organizations" (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).

Universities that have a license and (or) license appendices for educational activities, have passed institutional and (or) specialized accreditation in accreditation bodies included in the register of recognized accreditation bodies, with the exception of the Academy of Justice, military, and special educational institutions, and have a graduate employment rate not lower than the threshold value (85%) for the relevant groups of educational programs approved by the protocol decision of the Akim of the East Kazakhstan Region (Appendix 1) participate in the competition for placing the state educational order for the training of personnel with higher and postgraduate education by groups of educational programs.

In accordance with paragraph 13 of Chapter 2, Section 1 of the Rules, to participate in the competition for placing the state educational order for the training of personnel with higher and postgraduate education, a university submits a competition application in electronic format and fills out the university information card according to the form in the appendix.

The competition application must be submitted to the MIO no later than the time and date specified in the competition announcement. Applications received after the deadline for submission of competition applications, regardless of the reason for the delay, will not be considered. Making any changes to competition applications after the submission deadline is not allowed.

The MIO Commission reviews competition applications within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of their submission and determines the degree of their compliance with the requirements of the competition documentation.
