The Ulytau region has become the first area in the country to launch the new digital Smart Point Public Service Center — an innovative next-generation space designed to elevate the provision of government services to a qualitatively new level. The project aims to enhance the digital literacy of the population, develop a culture of independently obtaining electronic services, and create a modern, convenient, and technologically advanced environment for interaction between citizens and the state.
The event holds particular significance due to the fact that the Ulytau region is the first in Kazakhstan to implement this advanced format of public service. The opening of the center serves as another confirmation of the region's aspiration to be at the forefront of the country's digital transformation.
The new center was visited on a working trip by the Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" Arman Shokanovich Kenzhegaliyev, the Akim (Governor) of the Ulytau Region Dastan Adaevich Ryspekov, and the Head of the Department of Digital Technologies of the Ulytau Region Yermek Zhazylkhanuly.
"We are not just creating new-generation public service centers - we are shaping a new philosophy and culture of interaction between the state and its citizens. This is an open, modern, and human-oriented format. At the same time, the main principle of our work remains unchanged - the accessibility of government services. In the future, such centers in the Apple Store format will be gradually implemented across the country. As the infrastructure becomes ready, we plan to launch in Astana and Pavlodar," - noted the Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" Arman Kenzhegaliyev.
Smart Point represents a modern, high-tech space where citizens can independently obtain government services without the involvement of operators. This approach not only significantly reduces waiting times but also opens up new opportunities for comfortable and efficient interaction with the state's digital services.
The center includes several functional zones, each designed with the needs of modern users in mind.
The Express Zone is equipped with terminals for the independent receipt of government services and allows for the quick sending of documents via messengers and other digital communication channels.
The Digital Zone is equipped with wireless charging stations and high-speed scanners, enabling visitors to quickly digitize necessary documents and upload them to government information systems.
The Expert Zone is intended for obtaining complex government services with the assistance of specialists.
Special attention is given to the Digital Literacy Training Zone, which includes an interactive screen and a comfortable space for rest and learning. Here, residents will be able to improve their digital skills for free, master new electronic services, and confidently utilize the opportunities of the digital state.
Today, Smart Point is not just a new service format, but a space where technology becomes closer to people, and government services become more convenient, accessible, and efficient. The implementation of such projects contributes to improving the quality of life for citizens, enhancing and strengthening the digital culture of society, and creating a solid foundation for the further development of digital Kazakhstan.
