In the capital, a ceremonial parade and festive concert by the Exemplary-Show Orchestra of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan were held in celebration of the Day of State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The event was organized by the National Guard with the support of the Saryarka District Akimat and took place along the embankment of the Yesil River, becoming one of the highlights of the holiday celebrations.

Military musicians marched along the waterfront, performing patriotic pieces and popular songs from Kazakhstan’s contemporary music scene. Adding a special sense of solemnity to the procession were servicemen of the Honor Guard Company, who carried the State Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The celebration continued with an open-air concert as part of the Guard Next music project. Residents and guests of the capital enjoyed military-patriotic compositions symbolizing love for the Motherland, national unity, and respect for state values.

The festive program attracted considerable public interest. Many passersby stopped to listen to the orchestra, sang along to familiar melodies, and recorded the performances on their mobile phones.

“State Symbols Day holds a special place among our national holidays. The State Flag, Coat of Arms, and National Anthem are the most important attributes of our independence, unity, and statehood. Events such as these help strengthen patriotism, promote respect for national values, and foster love for the Motherland among the younger generation,” said Major Torekhan Zhaudynov, Chief of the Exemplary-Show Orchestra.

The highlight of the celebration was the joint performance of the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan by National Guard servicemen and residents of the capital.

It is worth noting that the National Guard regularly implements cultural and patriotic projects aimed at promoting national values, strengthening ties between the military and society, and enhancing patriotic education among young people.
