On June 3, 2026, the Science-Business Opportunities Industrial and Innovation Forum was held at Taraz University named after M.Kh. Dulati. The forum was attended by business entities from the region, representatives of universities, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, and government agencies.

 🔹 The purpose of the forum was to encourage businesses to invest in science, for universities to work more actively with enterprises, and to explain to businesses the special tax support mechanisms provided by the government.

🔹 The Department of State Revenue has provided explanations on deductions and reductions of taxable income for research and development (R&D) and endowment funds.

🔹 Tax preferences for R&D and endowment funds are not just benefits. They are a tool for building partnerships between the government, science, and business.
