On June 4, 2026, as part of the work of summer language camps in the East Kazakhstan region, the fourth thematic day on the module "Nature of Kazakhstan" was organized. The main goal of the events was to develop students' language competencies through studying the natural wealth of their native land, expanding vocabulary on environmental topics, developing creative abilities, and forming an ecological culture.

The events were attended by students from the Altai, Samar, Markakol, Ulken Naryn, Ulan, Zaisan, Katon-Karagai, and Glubokoe districts, as well as the cities of Ust-Kamenogorsk and Ridder. Within the framework of the thematic day, meetings were organized for schoolchildren with employees of environmental protection institutions, foresters, ecologists, and inspectors engaged in activities to preserve the natural heritage of the region. Participants learned about the specifics of the work of environmental protection specialists and received information on measures to protect the environment and preserve the biodiversity of East Kazakhstan.

The day began with informative conversations about the nature of Kazakhstan. Students learned about the diversity of the country's natural zones, its unique landscapes, and natural landmarks. During the discussions, schoolchildren learned about the steppes, mountains, lakes, rivers, and specially protected natural areas of Kazakhstan, and their role in maintaining ecological balance. To develop speech skills, students answered questions, described natural objects, and shared impressions of their native land.

Special attention was paid to the literary and musical direction. Students expressively read works by famous Kazakh poets about nature and performed excerpts from songs by the great Kazakh poet and thinker Abai Kunanbayev. These events contributed to the development of expressive reading skills, improvement of pronunciation skills, and the formation of an aesthetic perception of literary heritage.

The conducted events contributed to the development of listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, expanding students' vocabulary, increasing interest in learning the state language, forming an ecological culture, and fostering a careful attitude towards the natural heritage of Kazakhstan.
