A meeting dedicated to the development of women's entrepreneurship in the region was held at the site of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Kostanay Region. The event was attended by members of the Council of Business Women, representatives of the business community, and public figures.

The main goal of the meeting was to discuss measures to support women's entrepreneurship, develop interregional cooperation, opportunities for business scaling, and the exchange of experience among women entrepreneurs.

During the meeting, instruments of state support, effective mechanisms for implementing entrepreneurial projects, ways to expand business, and issues of strengthening partnership ties between regions were considered. Participants noted the importance of exchanging practical experience for the development of entrepreneurial activity and creating new business contacts.

As part of the event, successful examples of the development of women's businesses were presented, and existing support measures aimed at bringing small businesses to a sustainable and competitive level were discussed. Furthermore, issues of interaction between entrepreneurs and educational organizations, training specialists in accordance with labor market needs, and enhancing human resource potential were addressed.

Meeting participants emphasized the growing economic activity of women in modern society and discussed the significance of their role in entrepreneurship, management, and public life.

Following the meeting, proposals were voiced for the further development of regional cooperation, the implementation of initiatives in support of women entrepreneurs, and the launch of new joint projects. It was noted that such events contribute to the exchange of experience, strengthening of business ties, and further development of the region's entrepreneurial environment.
