On May 29, 2026, the head of the Education Department, K.B. Okasov, visited KGU "Secondary School No. 49," where the "Aikyn" project was presented. This project is aimed at creating a unified digital and safe educational environment.

During the visit, the key areas of the project's implementation were demonstrated, covering issues of digitalization, security, and improving the efficiency of school infrastructure management.

The "Aikyn" project involves modernizing the educational institution's local network to provide high-speed internet in every classroom. One of the important areas is the implementation of an access control and management system (ACMS), as well as the installation and maintenance of surveillance cameras, panic buttons, and other modern security elements.

Furthermore, as part of the project, analytical systems are being implemented to monitor the level of security, analyze various situations, and ensure prompt response.

Special attention is paid to issues of social support for students. The school has organized the accounting of free hot meals through the "Social Wallet" project for students in grades 1–4 and children from the SUСN category in grades 5–11.

The main goal of the "Aikyn" project is to create a modern, safe, and comfortable educational environment, increase the level of digitalization, and improve the mechanisms for managing school infrastructure in the interests of students and teachers.
