At the Department of State Property and Privatization of Almaty, the Chief Specialist of the Personnel and Legal Work Department, Aigerim Kanatovna Ukertayeva, conducted an informational seminar on changes in the civil service sector.
     During the seminar, the following were explained:
• changes in the procedure for entering the civil service;
• stages of testing for knowledge of legislation and personal qualities (OLK);
• new requirements for civil servants;
• competitive procedures and assessment mechanisms.
     The purpose of the event is to improve the professional qualifications of employees and familiarize them with current changes in the civil service sector.
