An on-site meeting was held in the “Bereke” residential district to discuss housing construction, landscaping, and the development of the road infrastructure.

This year, it is planned to complete the construction of 12 apartment buildings funded by the state budget. At present, 9 buildings have already been completed, while landscaping and improvement works are ongoing in the surrounding areas. Construction of the remaining 3 buildings is still underway and is expected to be completed during the summer period.

Special attention during the meeting was given to the development of the road network. Due to the growing demands of the rapidly developing district, a decision was made last year to temporarily suspend construction works and revise the project design. The updated project предусматривает road expansion from 7 to 14 meters on certain sections and from 4 to 7 meters on several streets. In addition, the number of streets will increase from 5 to 6.

The road infrastructure modernization works are expected to be completed by the end of this year.

The possibility of creating a 4-hectare park area for residents’ recreation and leisure is also being considered.
