On May 28 of this year. as part of explanatory measures on the new Tax Code, the head of the Department of State Revenues Shynar Musina held an online zoom seminar for the Bar Association of Akmola region on the taxation of lawyers.During the event, she explained the changes in tax legislation that came into force on January 1, 2026 regarding the specifics of calculating and paying taxes, the grounds and procedure for applying deductions to the taxable income of a lawyer, as well as the procedure for submitting declarations and calculating taxes and social payments.Also during her speech, the speaker said that in order to support entrepreneurs and improve the quality of accounting and tax accounting, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan is holding an action "People's Accountant."        The promotion is held from January 5, 2026 and will last until June 30, 2026.        "People's Accountant" is a free advisory assistance for individual entrepreneurs and small businesses.        Entrepreneurs will be able to get clear and practical explanations on accounting, tax reporting and work in information systems. During the event, comprehensive answers were given to the questions received.
