MAIN DATE: Since the Decision was officially published on April 30, 2026, it takes effect exactly 30 days later — on May 30, 2026. From this date, the indication of identification numbers becomes mandatory!

WHAT HAS CHANGED? For a wide range of products, it is now necessary to indicate the identification number (serial factory number) in the declaration. If the number is missing, this should also be officially reflected in the document.

LIST OF PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE NEW REQUIREMENTS: , Electronics and gadgets: Smartphones: The term "IMEI code" has been replaced by "IMEI code/codes", which requires specifying all device identifiers. Laptops and tablets (weighing up to 10 kg): now it is mandatory to enter an IMEI code/codes. Smart watches, VR glasses and video game consoles: serial numbers are required if the cost of the product is 500 USD or more. , Household appliances: Dishwashers and washing machines. Microwave ovens, food processors, electric stoves and cooktops. Sewing machines and lawn mowers (trimmers). Transport and special equipment: Bulldozers, excavators, graders, rollers.
