Within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation signed between the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, the Department of Internal State Audit for the city of Astana held a career guidance meeting with the University's faculty and students.

During the meeting, the Head of the Department, Orazbay M.A., presented the activities of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its subordinate bodies and organizations, focusing on the ongoing reforms in the public finance system and the paradigm shift: from strict control to a digital ecosystem. The main goal of the meeting was to inform students about the current human-centric personnel policy of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the mission of which is not only to attract talented graduates but also to create conditions for their professional growth – through mentoring, training, and career development.

As part of the event, students were also presented with informational brochures about the activities of the Department of Internal State Audit for the city of Astana.

Following the meeting, participants received answers to all their questions and expressed interest in further interaction with the bodies of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Holding such events helps strengthen cooperation between government bodies and higher educational institutions, as well as improve the level of professional orientation for future graduates.
