On May 22, 2026, the Department of State Revenues for the East Kazakhstan Region held a meeting with the participation of heads of structural divisions and customs posts on issues related to compliance with the legislation on public service and the norms of official ethics.

During the meeting, Deputy Head of the Department of State Revenues for the East Kazakhstan Region – Ethics Commissioner K.K. Koyshinov reminded employees of the need to comply with the requirements of the Code of Ethics for Civil Servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan both during and outside working hours.

Within the framework of the meeting, employees were informed about the key requirements imposed on civil servants, including compliance with the law, business etiquette, inadmissibility of disseminating false information, unethical statements and actions undermining the authority of the civil service and state bodies.

In addition, employees were reminded of the inadmissibility of participation in gambling activities and other actions incompatible with the status of a civil servant.

Following the meeting, heads of structural divisions and customs posts were instructed to communicate the main provisions of the Code of Ethics for Civil Servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Service" to employees, as well as to conduct regular technical training sessions aimed at further studying the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
