Today, a presentation of the book “Saparbayev Tulgasy” dedicated to the life and career of prominent state and public figure Berdibek Mashbekovich Saparbayev, was held at the "House of Friendship."
The event was attended by the regional akim Murat Ergeshbayev, heads of law enforcement agencies, deputies of the maslikhat, representatives of the intelligentsia, young civil servants, civil society and mass media, the book's compiler Abai Seifullaievich, as well as relatives and close ones.
The head of the region, highlighting Berdibek Saparbaev's contribution to the country's development, noted that his worthy path in public service serves as an example for the younger generation.
"Within the framework of the 'Akimder mektebi' project, implemented in accordance with the instruction of the Head of State, and organized by the Agency for Civil Service Affairs in the city of Astana, a presentation of the book titled “Saparbayev Tulgasy” took place.
This is an instructive work reflecting the worthy path of a respected citizen who made serving the country the meaning of his life. The name of this respected citizen, who combined modesty and humanity, dignity and humility, exactingness and justice, is inscribed in golden letters in the history of Independent Kazakhstan.", — said Murat Nalkhozhaevich.
At the meeting, speeches were given by the book's compiler Abai Seifullaievich, senior colleagues Samurat Imandosov, Bekmyrza Elamanov, Murat Baktiyaruly, and the head of the regional public development department Ruslan Kaiupov.
Berdibek Mashbekovich worked with distinction at various levels of public service and during difficult periods strengthened mutual understanding and trust between the people and the authorities. As Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, Deputy Prime Minister, akim of Kyzylorda, South Kazakhstan, East Kazakhstan, Aktobe, and Zhambyl regions, he made a significant contribution to the country's development.
