Servicemen of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan have produced a preventive animated video using artificial intelligence technologies aimed at promoting safe behavior during the swimming season.

A unique feature of the project is that the main characters of the cartoon are animals depicted on the shoulder patches of the National Guard’s regional commands. Through a song, they explain water safety rules to young viewers and remind them of the importance of following basic safety precautions while enjoying time near rivers, lakes, and other bodies of water.

The initiative is designed to draw public attention to water safety, prevent accidents, and encourage a responsible attitude toward personal safety and the well-being of others.

Throughout the cartoon, the characters remind viewers to swim only in designated and approved areas, avoid entering the water in uninspected locations, and never leave children unattended near water. Observing these simple rules can significantly reduce the risk of emergencies and accidents.

The use of modern artificial intelligence technologies made it possible to create engaging and memorable preventive content aimed at a broad audience, including children and young people. The animated format helps make important safety information more accessible and easier to understand.

The National Guard notes that such preventive initiatives are intended to reduce accidents, strengthen public safety, and promote a culture of responsible behavior in recreational areas. Particular attention is given to fostering safe habits among citizens during the summer season.
