The Government for Citizens State Corporation and the Georgian Public Service Center (GPS) signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at developing public services and improving citizen engagement mechanisms. The document confirms the parties' intention to join forces to share practical experience and develop effective solutions that meet modern citizen needs.

Key areas of cooperation include sharing best practices for organizing public service centers and developing digital services using artificial intelligence, robotics, and process automation technologies. Particular attention will be paid to improving the customer experience through the implementation of modern service standards.

"We are consistently building collaboration with international partners, as it is important to stay abreast of modern trends and technological solutions. Our goal is not simply to study successful practices, but to select the most effective ones and adapt them to the needs of Kazakhstanis. Moreover, this cooperation is bilateral: Kazakhstan has accumulated significant experience in the digital transformation of public services and is among the countries with significant achievements in this area. Therefore, we not only study international experience but are also ready to share our own developments," emphasized Arman Kenzhegaliyev, Chairman of the Board of the GPS.

The memorandum also provides for the development of human resources. The parties intend to implement joint educational programs, improve employee qualifications, and organize internships and training events. Particular attention will be paid to supporting joint research and analytical projects of mutual interest.

"This visit is of particular importance to us, as it provides an opportunity to exchange experiences and practical developments accumulated over the years. The signing of the memorandum of cooperation opens a new stage of cooperation and creates the foundation for a systemic partnership," noted Vakhtang Zhvania, Chairman of the Georgian Public Service Hall.

During the two-day visit, the Kazakh delegation visited the Georgian Public Service Hall, where they were introduced to the organization of service centers, existing digital solutions, and the client flow management system. Meetings were also held at the Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Georgian Justice Training Center, where prospects for further cooperation were discussed.
