The Committee continues to implement a personnel policy aimed at attracting young and promising specialists to the internal state audit bodies within the framework of the new Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Service".

To form a personnel reserve and increase youth interest in public service, meetings were held with master's students of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and students of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.

During the meetings, representatives of the Committee introduced participants to the main areas of activity of the internal state audit bodies, spoke about the advantages of public service, opportunities for professional development and career growth, and also explained the innovations provided for by the new legislation.

Special attention was paid to attracting young specialists with modern knowledge, analytical thinking, and a desire to contribute to improving the efficiency of public administration.

The Committee will continue its work to strengthen personnel capacity, interact with the country's leading educational organizations, and create conditions for attracting talented youth to public service.
