During a working trip to Zhanakorgan district, Akim of the region Murat Ergeshbayev familiarized himself with the new annex building constructed next to the central district hospital.
The construction, aimed at improving the quality of medical services and expanding access to modern diagnostic services for residents, was carried out by the company "Daneker Qurylys Companiasy". 792 million tenge was allocated for it.
The total area is 1,212.06 sq. m. It is a two-story building with a basement, designed for 9 beds.
A modern magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) machine will be installed.
The new building will increase the district residents' access to high-tech diagnostic services and expand opportunities for early disease detection and the provision of quality medical care.
Zhanakorgan Central District Hospital is designed for 245 beds. The total building volume is 5,852.4 square meters. It is a three-story building consisting of five blocks.
It is equipped with modern medical equipment. It operates an emergency department, surgery, therapy, maternity and gynecology departments, a laboratory, neurorehabilitation, infectious diseases, and intensive care units.
Furthermore, services are provided for day hospital, radiation therapy, radiology, transfusion medicine, ultrasound examination, ultrasound for pregnant women, and computed tomography.
Today, 1,520 employees of the hospital systematically work towards preserving and strengthening the health of the district's residents. The medical institution is heated by liquefied gas through its own boiler house.
