Regional Akim Murat Ergeshbayev held an in-person citizen reception on a first-come, first-served basis. Twelve people registered for the reception today, two of whom joined online.
Most attendees raised issues of social support, housing, street paving, and employment.
A resident of the village of Sekseul in the Aral District spoke about the paving of Aktan Batyr and Tazhibaev Streets. Design documentation for these streets is scheduled for 2028. As part of the "Auyl – El Besigi" program, medium-term repairs were completed on the Akorda cul-de-sac in the village of Sekseul in 2023. Now, repairs to the section of the cul-de-sac leading to the kindergarten are scheduled for the near future.
The completion of residential buildings built by the "Bazis-A" institution for railway workers was also discussed at the reception. Currently, 8 of the 38 two-family residential buildings are fully completed and commissioned in accordance with established procedures.
A resident of the Al-Farabi microdistrict in Kyzylorda raised issues related to the construction of a children's playground, road repairs, and public transportation.
In this regard, a vacant plot of land has been identified in the area for the construction of a children's playground, and the project is planned to be included in the implementation plan under the "Popular Participatory Budget" program.
Furthermore, residents of the dead-end of Kyzylzharma-3 Street previously requested that public transportation line #27 be stopped at the turnoff, as it does not reach the village of Karaultobe from S. Bayseitova Street. The residents' request was reviewed, and a positive resolution was reached.
Infrastructure improvements are also being implemented systematically. Road repairs on five of the seven streets in the area from the Al-Farabi microdistrict to the border of Karaultobe village were completed by Alem Trans Zhol LLC.
Repairs on Aralbayev Street are currently in the final stages. Projects aimed at improving the quality of life of residents are continuing in stages.
A resident of the village of Akzharma came to inquire about employment in his field. The regional governor noted that employment issues are not ignored and are addressed within the framework of the law.
All issues raised during the meeting are being resolved in stages in accordance with current legislation. This time, specific instructions were given to the responsible industry managers for each resident's request.
It is worth noting that to schedule an in-person meeting with the regional governor, residents can submit a request through the eGov portal, the e-Otinish unified platform, or by submitting a written application to the governor's office.
