Young players from Kazakhstan’s football academies — FC Ordabasy (Shymkent), FC Atyrau, FC Caspiy (Aktau) and FC Aibyn (Astana)— took part in the international youth football tournament, the Dragan Mance Cup, held in Belgrade 12-14 June, 2026.

FC Ordabasy delivered a particularly impressive performance, finishing in 4th place among 48 participating teams. This achievement reflects the high level of preparation and talent of Kazakhstan’s young footballers.

We congratulate the players, coaches, and club management on this outstanding result and wish them continued success, new victories, and further sporting achievements.

The participation of the Kazakhstani teams in the tournament was made possible thanks to the active support and efforts in developing sports diplomacy by Serbian football figures V. Rybic, G. Stanojevic, and I. Piric, whose contribution has played an important role in strengthening sporting ties between Kazakhstan and Serbia.
