Askarbek Eszhanov, Head of the Kyzylorda Regional Education Department, and Abaybek Zhunusov, Director of the I. Abdikarimov Kyzylorda Higher Polytechnic College, signed an important document in the field of international education in Beijing, People's Republic of China.
A memorandum of quadrilateral cooperation was signed between the Kyzylorda Regional Education Department, the Chongqing Vocational University of Electronic Science and Technology, the I. Abdikarimov Kyzylorda Higher Polytechnic College, and the Chongqing Publishing House.
This agreement aims to strengthen partnerships in technical and vocational education, exchange experience, and train specialists in demand in the labor market.
As part of the memorandum, the parties will conduct faculty and student exchanges. A system for training foreign citizens for study in China will be developed, and joint training centers and specialized workshops are planned. Textbooks and modern digital educational resources will be developed in two languages. In addition, the "Chinese Language + Professional Skills" program will be implemented. Opportunities for internships and graduate employment will be expanded, and international projects integrating education and industry will be implemented.
The visit will continue with talks in Chongqing, where a series of meetings are planned aimed at developing cooperation in education and culture. This will pave the way for new initiatives and joint projects.
In recent years, with the active support of the Head of State and the Government, 46 modern educational facilities have been built in the region. Among them is the country's first "Competence Center" in Kyzylorda, built at the initiative of then-regional governor Nurlybek Nalibayev. Today, the center has a positive impact on the development of young people's professional skills and their stable employment.
