🛑Warns that in case of detection of neglected pets on the streets, violation of the rules of grazing farm animals, including leaving livestock unattended and taking them to highways, in accordance with Article 408 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses, entails administrative liability.

Neglected livestock can not only pose a danger to traffic, but also cause serious harm to human life and health, as well as vehicles.
