The State Corporation has launched a new service for delivering ready-made documents from Specialized Public Service Centers

The Government for Citizens State Corporation continues to expand the range of digital services available through the “TSON” mobile application. Now, service recipients no longer need to visit Specialized Public Service Centers again to collect their ready-made driver’s licenses, vehicle registration certificates, or state license plates.

The delivery service can be arranged within just a few minutes. It becomes available once the document or state registration license plate (SRLP) is ready for issuance. The service is provided within the same locality where the order was placed. If the request is submitted before 5:00 PM, delivery will be completed on the same day; requests submitted after 5:00 PM will be delivered on the next working day.

“Today, mobility and saving time are especially important for citizens. Therefore, we are developing services that allow people to receive public services as conveniently as possible, without unnecessary visits. The launch of the ready-made document delivery service is a natural step in the development of our digital ecosystem and enables citizens to manage their time efficiently without interrupting their daily activities,” said Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation Arman Kenzhegaliev.

How to order delivery:

Log in to the “TSON” mobile application and select the “Delivery of ready-made documents” section under the Specialized Public Service Center tab;
Specify the delivery address and choose a convenient delivery time;
Confirm the order, review and accept the public offer agreement, and make the payment.

After placing the order, users will be able to track the delivery status and view courier details in real time through the application.

The implementation of the new service is aimed at simplifying procedures and creating more convenient conditions for citizens.

It should be noted that the “TSON” mobile application also provides access to other digital services and public services. The application is available for download on the App Store and Google Play.
