The purpose of the event was to promote a healthy lifestyle among young people, raise awareness about the harmful effects of drugs, and foster an anti-drug culture in society.

During the event, Asan Maratuly Mazhit, a Kazakh theater and film actor, recipient of the Order of Qurmet, widely known for his role as Manas in the TV series "Meow", together with Marat Aituganuly Koilybayev, a deputy of the Aktobe Regional Maslikhat, presented awards to the winners and prize recipients of the Tartyl Fest tournament.

They also encouraged young people to stay away from drugs, adopt a healthy lifestyle, and take responsibility for their future.

Aset Kazbekuly, Assistant Prosecutor of the Aktobe Region and Major of Justice, together with Azamat Abdushevich, Head of the Division for Countering Drug Crime of the Aktobe Region Police Department and Police Lieutenant Colonel, informed the participants about the consequences of illicit drug trafficking and the legal liability established by law.

As part of the event, the Police Department's canine unit and special operations unit gave a demonstration aimed at preventing drug use and combating illicit drug trafficking.

Karate athletes also demonstrated self-defense and offensive techniques, along with various training exercises.

The event brought together more than 500 residents of Aktobe and young people.
