In accordance with the Decree of the Head of State, meetings between the district akim and local residents are continuing. In this regard, the Akim of Karmakshy District, Zhandos Yerkinbek, met with residents of the III International and Torebai Bi villages, where he highlighted the work carried out during the first half of 2026 and outlined future plans.

In the III International rural district, tax revenues reached 104 percent, exceeding the planned target. The village is fully supplied with centralized drinking water. The district akim noted that this year it is planned to modernize the electricity networks of four rural districts at a total cost of 1.7 billion tenge, and the III International rural district is among the settlements included in this large-scale project. A contractor has already been selected to carry out medium repairs on Pak Chen Ir Street and Astana Lane at a cost of 53.9 million tenge, and construction work will begin in the near future.

In Torebai Bi village, systematic measures aimed at improving residents' quality of life are also being implemented. To ensure public safety, four surveillance cameras worth 2.9 million tenge have been installed. In addition, a special tablet was purchased to monitor landscaping activities within the framework of the "Law and Order" principle.

To provide residents with irrigation water, cleaning works were carried out on the Kelte Aryk canal and the village irrigation channels, ensuring the timely delivery of irrigation water. Furthermore, improvement and beautification works in the settlement are ongoing. The district head also noted that residents of the village will soon gain access to natural gas.

During the meeting, residents raised several issues, and the district akim answered each question and instructed the heads of the relevant departments to address the proposals and concerns raised.
