"E-Salyq Business" mobile app updated: handle tax obligations without visiting the tax office

       The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has updated the "E-Salyq Business" mobile app to align with the new Tax Code. Now, individual entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals can carry out all key tax procedures remotely via their phones, avoiding queues and unnecessary paperwork.

      For the self-employed, the process is simple: there is no need to register as an individual entrepreneur or file tax returns. It is sufficient to generate receipts within the "E-Salyq Business" app for each instance of income received.

    At the end of each month, the app automatically generates a record of income and calculates social payments. Payment is made via a banking app at a combined rate of 4% (comprising mandatory pension contributions (MPC) – 1%, mandatory social health insurance contributions (MSHIC) – 1%, social contributions (SC) – 1%, and employer mandatory pension contributions (EMPC) – 1%).

      For individual entrepreneurs, all steps are consolidated into a single app. Through "E-Salyq Business," you can:

     - register as an individual entrepreneur;

     - select a special tax regime;

     - generate receipts and track income;

     - submit a tax return using Form 910.00.

      All actions can be performed without visiting government offices.

      The update aims to simplify tax compliance, reduce paperwork, and expand access to government services in an electronic format.
