To support military-patriotic education for the younger generation and promote a culture of safety among children in an engaging format, the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan has launched a new TikTok page called Ulttyq Ulan KIDS.

The project features short animated videos created specifically for children. The main characters are unique mascots inspired by the animals depicted on the shoulder patches of the National Guard’s Regional Commands.

Through entertaining stories, these animated characters introduce young viewers to the values of friendship, honesty, courage, discipline, love for the Motherland, safety awareness, and universal human values in a simple and engaging way.

The initiative aims to foster children's curiosity, patriotism, and sense of civic responsibility. Special attention has been given to ensuring that the content is age-appropriate, educational, and entertaining.

With this project, the National Guard is taking a new step in strengthening its engagement with society by building meaningful communication with young audiences through modern digital platforms.

The National Guard invites parents and children to follow Ulttyq Ulan KIDS on TikTok and enjoy educational, entertaining, and inspiring animated content together.
