We hereby inform you that the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" entered into force on 1 July 2026.

Accordingly, the examination questions have been updated for candidates applying for vacant administrative civil service positions, as well as for individuals seeking admission to law enforcement agencies and the civil protection service. The updated questions are based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan."
