What should you do?

1️⃣ Register a legal entity in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2️⃣ Prepare an investment project and a business plan.

3️⃣ Submit an application for investment preferences through the *elicense.kz* portal.

Required documents:
📄 application;
📄 company charter (Articles of Association);
📄 investment project business plan;
📄 documents for an in-kind state grant (if applicable);
📄 expert opinion on the project documentation (for tax preferences).
