A preventive seminar was held at the Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, aimed at enhancing the legal awareness of civil servants and fostering a responsible attitude toward legislative compliance.

         As part of the event, representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, D. Baibazarov and E. Sanatov, conducted an awareness-raising session regarding the prohibition of consuming alcohol and appearing in public places while intoxicated, as well as operating vehicles under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or other intoxicating substances. Participants were provided with a detailed explanation of the provisions of current legislation, the types of liability, and the legal consequences of such offenses.

         Particular attention was paid to combating drug-related crime and preventing drug addiction. To make the material easier to grasp, representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan organized an interactive game involving staff from the Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance; through real-life examples, the game demonstrated the devastating consequences of drug use. Participants were able to see how drug addiction affects a person's life, leading to the breakdown of family relationships and the loss of health and social status, and often becoming a cause of criminal activity.

         Holding such events fosters a high level of legal culture among civil servants, strengthens the principles of the rule of law and personal accountability, and helps prevent legal violations. The State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan is consistently implementing measures aimed at ensuring adherence to professional ethics standards and enhancing public trust in the civil service.
