When carrying out tourism activities, all requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan must be strictly observed.
Tourism activities must not be used to facilitate illegal migration, human trafficking, or any other form of unlawful exploitation of individuals.
If any suspicious situations are identified, they must be reported immediately to the competent law enforcement authorities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
