The modernization and improvement of gas stations is actively underway in Kostanay
Today, during his working trip, the mayor of the city visited a number of gas stations, where he got acquainted with the progress of modernization of facilities and landscaping of the territories adjacent to them.
Today, gas stations are no longer just a place to refuel cars. This is an important part of the urban infrastructure, which is used daily by thousands of residents and visitors of the city. That is why it is of key importance that such facilities are comfortable, safe, clean and fully consistent with the modern architectural appearance of the regional center.
Key indicators and investment volume:
Total number of objects: Today there are 68 gas stations in Kostanay, owned by 10 companies.
Completed facilities: At the moment, modernization work has been fully completed at 12 stations.
Current work:The update continues at 11 more sites*.
Plans for the near future: Modernization of 18 gas stations will begin soon.
Financing: All projects are implemented in stages at the expense of own funds of business representatives. The total volume of private investments is about 5.4 billion tenge.
Directions of comprehensive updating:
The ongoing modernization is not limited to the renovation of buildings and technical equipment. The projects provide for an integrated approach:
Complete landscaping of adjacent territories;
Laying of new asphalt pavement and arrangement of convenient car parks;
Landscaping (planting trees and flowers);
The arrangement of recreation areas for citizens and the installation of small architectural forms (MAFS).
This initiative is a prime example of effective public-private partnership and joint work aimed at improving the urban environment. The issues of creating comfortable conditions for residents and guests of the city are under constant control of the Akimat.
