Today, a meeting dedicated to explaining the key requirements of the new Tax Code, which came into effect on January 1, 2026, was held at the Rukhaniyat Centre.

The meeting was organized in accordance with the instructions of the district akim and chaired by Deputy Akim of the district Dias Moldabayev.

“The main purpose of today’s meeting is to explain the changes introduced by the new Tax Code, highlight the innovations in the taxation system, and discuss the progress of tax revenue collection. The new Code provides for a number of changes aimed at improving tax administration, reducing the burden on entrepreneurs, and optimizing the taxation system. Therefore, it is important to properly explain these changes within the district and ensure that entrepreneurs correctly comply with the new requirements,” he said.

In general, the district has demonstrated positive dynamics in recent years in terms of budget execution and own-source revenues. As of today, the district’s own revenues approved for 2026 are 34.3 percent higher than the plan for 2025.

The meeting was also attended by Gani Amanov, Head of the Department of State Revenues for Kyzylorda Region, who specially visited the district and provided explanations regarding benefits available to entrepreneurs and innovations in the field of tax administration.

In addition, Gulsara Karymsakova, Head of the Department for Public Awareness and Call Centre of the Department of State Revenues for Kyzylorda Region, provided detailed information on the provisions of the new Tax Code.

During the meeting, entrepreneurs raised questions, while their opinions and suggestions regarding issues that may arise were also heard.

“I would like to emphasize that it is important for all of us to properly understand the requirements and changes introduced by the new Tax Code and apply them effectively in practice. Therefore, it is necessary to pay due attention to these issues and take a responsible approach to the timely and proper fulfillment of tax obligations,” Dias Asylbekuly concluded the meeting.
