During the staff meeting, Dr. Sergey Fedorovich Khvan, an anesthesiologist-resuscitator who has dedicated 56 years of his life to medicine, was congratulated on his 80th birthday. Out of those years, 45 were spent serving the healthcare system of the city of Kostanay.

Dr. Khvan worked for over 30 years at the Regional Oncology Dispensary, where he built a distinguished professional career and eventually reached the position of Deputy Chief Physician. Even after reaching retirement age, he chose not to leave his beloved profession and continues to work today as an anesthesiologist-resuscitator at the City Hospital.
