🚫 Dear Participants in the Turnover of Petroleum Products!

The Department of State Revenues for the Jetisu Region reminds you that the illegal export of petroleum products is prohibited and entails administrative or, in certain cases, criminal liability.

❗ The following is strictly prohibited:

The export of petroleum products without the necessary documents and permits;

Movement of goods outside of established checkpoints;

Use of forged documents and submission of false information;

Concealment of the volume and origin of petroleum products.

Please be reminded that all operations involving petroleum products must be carried out in strict accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, utilizing control metering devices (CMD) and issuing the required accompanying invoices for goods (SNT).

Compliance with the law is the key to transparent business operations, fair competition, and the prevention of the illicit trafficking of petroleum products.
